Once you've selected all your desired products, proceed to checkout. Instead of immediate payment, you will submit a "Request for Quotation" for the items in your cart. Look for the clearly labeled button, such as "Get My Personalized Quote."
3. Quotation Preparation:
Our dedicated team will carefully review your selected items. Based on the delivery address you provide, we will accurately calculate the shipping costs. Any applicable discounts or additional charges will also be meticulously included in this comprehensive quotation.
4. Quotation Ready Notification:
As soon as your personalized quotation is prepared, we will promptly notify you via email or SMS. This notification will confirm that your quotation is ready for your convenient review.
5. Review & Confirm Your Order:
Log back into your account on our application to view your detailed quotation. Take your time to review all the items, prices, and the final delivery cost. If everything meets your approval, simply click "Confirm Order" to proceed.
6. Secure Your Purchase:
Upon your confirmation, a proforma invoice will be generated. This invoice will contain our bank details for you to conveniently make payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
7. Order Processing & Delivery:
Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we will immediately begin processing your order for dispatch. You will receive tracking information as soon as your unique African art and culture items are on their way to you!
